Scary how close these are, yet very different. ; Still have no idea where that was taken from Mark.

OK, so I looked on Google Maps, could you have taken that from one of the hotels along Hotel Resorts Blvd? ; Or Characters in Flight?

OK, so I looked on Google Maps, could you have taken that from one of the hotels along Hotel Resorts Blvd? ; Or Characters in Flight?

I think that is too far away for that shot to be at the hotels and having ridden Characters in Flight the angle is too low. ; My best guess would be from a stalled/waiting monorail that just entered Epcot and is over by Ellen's Energy Adventure (Stupid Judy, Stupid Energy)...

Pretty close....we are on the 25th floor of the Buena Vista Palace Hotel... I was surprised to see how the compression made the Dance Hall look so close. There is a heck of a view from the room though....can see all of the Disney Parks!!! ;

I might have done some homework, but I still got the question wrong. ; That must be ome zoom lens on that camera to get that shot.

Here is a shot from a few years ago from Characters in Flight. ; The first is no zoom, the second at full zoom...

LOL ; Madame is a good friend of the family and her husband is a Montreal Canadiens fan. Now, they are huge WDW fans too.
