Nice shots everyone! I was up extra early for the Wilderness Lodge meet so I waited here for about 15 minutes to catch the sun just as it peeked over the roof at Pop Century. Yuppies Fer Shure [Explored!] by Dave Kliment | ExploringWDW, on Flickr

Thanks Tim! It was great to meet you and everyone else from this online community. We will definitely be attending as many meets as time and budget will allow!
Dave this is a great shot! ; Sometimes waiting for that right moment, pays off! ; It was great meeting you both, and I look forward to seeing more from you.

Thanks to all for the compliments on my Roger Rabbit Sunrise photo. It is now my first Explore on flickr!
Flickr Explore is a selection of the 500 most "interesting" photos posted on a given day. ; It's kind of a daily hall of fame. ; The big mystery, of course, is how they determine what is "interesting." ; Most of the shots I've seen are indeed worth looking at. I've only had one photo on the Explore page, and I'm still stumped why they chose that one over the many really good shots that I've posted.
Thanks for the explaination Dennis. ; I think it is funny that they chose a shot from Hooters for this. ; I am seeing a pattern with Hooters for you.
Some photos while I was waiting for MNSSHP to start. Spent some time enjoying and photographing Jim the Ragtime Pianist at Casey's Corner. ; Here he is quizzing me about my camera as he was in full character and there is nothing like it in the 1920's. Here is a photo of the Chess playing skeleton pirates in the POTC queue. ; Been wanting to get this one for quite awhile but never had the time until this Pixelmania. I went with the shadow emphasis in this one. Nikon D700/50mm, 1/20s, f/1.8, ISO 6400, EV +0.3, cropped, Noise Ninja Here's the hub threw a crystal ball. ; Did not have an assistant to help so this gives you an idea how to use it. ;
Almost forgot I had it so I found a place to put it down. ; Doing that does take up a lot of the ball's effect. It's much better with someone holding it. Thanks, Jeff!
