As part of my trp to Paris and London with my father, we took a van tour of Normandy. It was quite something to walk through the cemetary of those who gave the ultimate price for our country during the D-Day invation and other campaigns.

Arromanches. This was the last stop on our tour in Normandy. This was the location of the Mulberry artificial harbor that was created for the landing. There are two off on the right of the many that are still in the water.
