It's Lion Time! (animatronics were on)

Gary said the animatronic lions on the Kilimanjaro Safari were under repair or refurb when he was there - I was in the parks last week a few days after Gary, and as he suspected, they got them back out in time for the Christmas rush - both the male and female were placed out on the rock. ; The walking functions weren't operational, but they had the full facial controls working at least, and had put them in a nice position to be seen:

 

That could be it Scott...we were there at 2:30pm - they might not have turned on the walking function yet.

 

Just don't get there after 5 pm - that's when they retract underground.
