Indiana State Fair midway (and the rest of the fair)

This iconic archway at the entrance to the Indiana State Fair Midway looks like something that was erected a hundred years ago. I couldn't find anything definitive, but I believe it may not be very old at all.


Gateway to Fun
 
The Booster is one of those rides that I might have enjoyed in my younger days, but now I prefer to stay on the ground and take photographs instead of rides.
