Oh look, it's a photo in Canada that's something other than a band. The Hotel du Canada is modeled after the much larger Chateau Laurier in Ottawa. The original is one of a chain of upscale hotels built by the Canadian National Railway to promote tourism along its lines.
Logic flow: The flower gardens are a tribute to Butchart Gardens in Victoria, BC. Victoria BC is on Vancouver Island off the west coast of Canada. Western Canada has a mountain range that is part of the Rocky Mountain chain. Therefore the "mountains" behind the flowers must be the Epcot version of the Canadian Rockies? Right?
