DLP Castle

I noticed there were no photos from DLP so here one of the castle, bear with me this is the first photo ive tried posting.
 
agreed, that is a beautiful photo of le chateau....
going to DLP is definitely on my 'to do' list for this lifetime.
thanks for christening the DLP board.

Absolutely! The first floor of the castle houses two shops, the second one a walkthrough tour that depicts the story of Sleeping Beauty through several different scenes. A nice touch is that the tour actually allows you to go on the second floor balcony of the castle and have a splendid bird's eye view of Fantasyland. It's the only Disney castle that allows guests to do that, I believe. Underneath, there's the Dragon's Lair, a dark cave with a huge dragon animatronic figure that comes to life every few minutes. Here's how that looks like:

It's huge and the picture doesn't do it justice. It's a least 20 ft long.

Nice. I read about the dragon and saw a concept drawing of it in an imagineering book but was not sure if it was actually there.

Excellent shots! I must say this is my 2nd favorite castle but my favorite with scenery. Thank you for sharing your pictures.
