No, this is a different Davy Jones. This one was with the Monkees, who you've probably never heard of unless you're older than 45. Anyway, I caught him during the Flower Festival at the American Gardens Theater, singing "Daydream Believer" (really!).

You don't have to be over 45 to know who Davy Jones is. Just anyone who's ever seen "The Monkees"
