    they cut up an avacado into strips, bread, and fry. they serve them with a great spicy dip; that may be the best part.

    Hmmm. I may have to try that. Coming from someone who made his own Blue Bayou Monte Cristoâ„¢ sandwich at home, and has made Mint Julep Bar Mint Julepâ„¢ concentrate as well.....

    My only drawback is that Hass avocados from anywhere but California just don't taste the same. But that is an intriguing idea. I would have never thought at frying a food like that.

    Fry anything it's good. Ever heard of fried mars bars Scotish thing or fried oreos soutern thing. I've never tried either of those things but find that it's nasty.

    culinary theme for any good to great county or state fair

    if you can serve it on a stick it can be fried and served on a stick
