If you were to be flying in a P-51 for about 30 minutes this weekend, which lens would you bring aboard?

    18-270mm
    10-24mm
    50mm

All on a crop body so 1.5 times for them.

    Thanks for any input.

If the weather's good, take the zoom. You never know what you'll want to shoot - wide angle for in the cockpit, intermediate for the landscape and telephoto so you can see the whites of the enemey's eyes as he goes down in flames!

    Color me jealous.

Thanks! And I have about 30 minutes of awesome, you have about 7 days of WDW, not to shabby!

I'd go wide angle. Just get a shot or two, inverted is possible and just enjoy the rest of the ride. Don't use up the whole 30min looking through the lens.

Count me in as jealous too. Enjoy the ride.

Thanks, I am sure you have looked at the weather, both days could be washed out.

Yeah... I've been watching the forecast. It changes every time I check, so hopefully you'll get lucky. I'd say we, but I think I used up all my weather luck last Saturday.

So, after all that I just had my iphone on the flight with me. And I was glad that I did only that. I took some video and a few shots, but spent the most of the time enjoying the ride. I'll load some stuff here later this week, but in a word, awesome!
