Disney considers it Main Street USA based on its architecture, @zackiedawg even if it faces the Hub.

Anything that faces the hub qualifies: Cinderella Castle, Tomorrowland Terrace, Casey's Corner and yes, the Crystal Palace.

I figured it was a grey area, so I could get away with it. And I was of course standing IN the hub area when I took it!
