    my two guesses are:
    1. Boardwalk
    2. the former penny arcade on MSUSA.

    i am sure neither is correct.

    Correct!! Nice job!

    Here's the overall scene. The device pictured (they're actually little movie viewers) is just to the right, out of this frame. Tim's guess about the penny arcade would have been correct a few years ago.

    the train station is an awesome place to spend a few minutes and look at all the detail on both the first and second floors.
