I really wish I had the experience of shooting with film, I feel I have missed out on something by not being "exposed" to film within the 35mm arena. On that first shot it looks like the firework is going right through the castle!
Yep, they're film scans. You know, film isn't quite dead yet. In fact, one Internet Celebrityâ„¢ is actively promoting film now, and I think it's because you can scan 35mm film beyond 25mp. Anyway, yes, I believe that was Disney's first use of the comet firework.
