    Or Craig's Wheat Beer Weekend!
I am taking advantage of getting two days off in a row and enjoying my favorite type of beer!
Hefeweizen or wheat beer. It is the "season" that all the breweries release their summer beer, so I stock up now so that I can enjoy it for many months down here in Florida.
And we are grilling all weekend too.

yeah, Guiness is Dina's beer! I usually go for Bass or Harp or Stella if we are at an Irish pub!
BTW Germany in Epcot has a great Hefeweizen if you go into the fast food area past the beer stand

Yep, those are all good, but for my money, you can't beat Boddington's Pub Ale. Talk about smooth! Yum! :)

Bass Ale or a Strongbow for me, please! If those are not available, I'll take a Sam Adams or a local specialty brew (sometimes it's good, sometimes not so good but fun to find out).

This is pretty lame, but I made another animated gif that I emailed to our family and sent to my grandparents digital frame. It is a sum up of our weekend. The page is 2.5Mb

    Thanks Roger.
Thats the first time we used a pizza stone on the grill. We have always put it right on the grill. The stone worked great!
We've never done brisket, but we do a lot of chicken and ribs(St louis!).

I wondered if anyone would notice that. They work really great right out of the freezer! :)
We got ours at Property Control, though. I didn't know you could buy them at the restaurant.
