It's not going to be the same though. It'll be a somewhat "similar" show that won't be using the same puppeteers and actors. From what I understand (not confirmed by Disney, but reflected in cast member comments about the Union's machinations regarding these matters that can be found on online), Disney is having a lot of problems with the union for these types of cast members. The problem seems to be helping people that don't want to put their health in danger and that's coming at the expense of preventing people who want to work. Disney's solution seems to be to rework these shows and have them be performed by non-union positions. It will be very interesting to see how all of this plays out because there's a lot of posturing and bravado coming from both sides (The union and Disney).
