    Is this set up inside the Castle as they have done @ WDW?

    No, Sleeping Beauty Castle isn't that big. ; Big enough to have a small attraction, but that's it. ; They have a shop that goes along the side of the castle and also opens up to the side of the Castle next to the Carnation Plaza Gardens dance/band tent. ; or by the walkway to the Casa (forgot the name) restaurant in Frontierland

    I don't know, probably not that often, once a year, but this store has only been open since the late spring.
