Hello, everyone! I'm Dennis from Indianapolis, just back from a two-week Orlando vacation centered around Mousefest. I attended two of TIm's meets and learned quite a bit. Now that I've finally converted from film to digital (with a Nikon D70s) I'm re-learning photography from the ground up. My goal for the next few trips to WDW is to duplicate some of the night shots I took in November 1982 when Epcot was brand new. If I ever get some decent scans of those old Kodachrome slides, I'll post them here. For reference, I'm number 8 in the Randy Holbrook group photo.
Hello once again, Dennis, and welcome aboard. Glad you joined our community. Thanks for being a part of TMIP at Mousefest.
Welcome Dennis! It was nice meeting you at mousefest and I look forward to your contributions on the forum.
Hi Dennis! Glad to "see" you again. Welcome to the TMIP board. I have learned a lot here and even more from Tim's Mousefest sessions. My daughter even learned some things about photography despite trying hard not to. ;D Nikki
Working on it. Got back from Orlando and then headed down to Auburn 3 days later for Christmas. Just got back last night. I had over 1300 pictures and need to weed through the retchedly bad ones, the bad ones, the so-so ones, and the handful of really good ones. I think I got some good ones from the photowalk. Now I understand what the "golden hour" means.
