Watch the background, or get a better angle

    I don't like this shot because the car is *right* behind the motorcycle and it distracts from the shot. We were sitting basically dead center, but I only had my 28-200 with me, and this was at 170, so I couldn't really get it any tighter if I wanted to.

    Lesson: Watch the background for distracting objects.

    it may be just cause its late... but i didnt notice the car until you pointed out what was the issue...
     
  3. I was just thinking the same thing. You could change your philosophy to "Keep your mouth shut and maybe no one will notice" ;D just kidding!

    I agree with everyone else too Roger!

    I can see your point, but at the same time I would be thrilled to have the motorcycle in the air, sharp, in focus, and no motion blur!
