I know this is a horrible reproduction of a bad microform copy, but I just had to have it. This is from seventeen year old Walt's application for a passport so he could go to Europe with the Red Cross shortly after the WWI armistice to help with war relief. He was living in Chicago at the time and his parents signed documents allowing him to go. Walt's passport 47 year later.
