This summer I treated myself with a Victoria and Albert's dinner with 3 of my friends. After a series of reservation changes - number of people, date, and time, we finally arrived at V&A at 9:00. We were welcomed by the maitre d' but he informed us that our reservation had been canceled. Since we were the only diners at 9, he'd sent the chefs home! He offered to take us next door to Citrico's and bought our dinner, including a $100 wine credit! Later on, he came back and told us what had happened. A Disney reservation person had seen all of the reservation changes and interpreted that as a cancellation. To make up for Disney's boo-boo, he gave me his card, on the back of which was a $200 credit at V&A! We returned 2 nights later and had the most incredible dinner of my life. I really enjoy wine, so I had the wine flight - specific wines chosen for each course. Everyone received personalized menus in a velvety black holder. I've attached a photo of the Tanzanian Chocolate Mousse and the Colorado Lamb.
