Translucent Mushroom. This is a photograph of a print that I entered in the Muskegon (Michigan) State Park's Gillette Nature Center mushroom photo contest for amateur photographers. I was just notified that my picture won first prize, a hundred bucks!!! ; ; I have been taking pictures of mushrooms for many years. Now I have finally found something useful to do with them.
Being a 60's kid myself, I'm pretty sure that there aren't any Psilocybin containing mushrooms in Michigan!
Can not say I have looked at mushrooms as a photographic subject before but I am now. ; I'm with Ray, how did you get so low or is that one big mushroom?
