the cloisters, new york city

    continuing to put both the lumix g1 and the mac air through the routines, to get a feel for the capabilities and limitations of each. these are from the cloisters, a branch of the metropolitan museum of art, located in ft tryon park at the northern tip of manhattan. built by the rockefeller's and donated to the met. resembles a medieval cloister, benedictine type. also located in a nice park to walk around in warmer months. all shots with the panasonic lumix g1, and processed via lightroom on the mac air, using a couple of the free presets off the web. so far both tools show great promise for travel use. that is the george washington bridge below

    I would say the duo makes a good team with you as the trigger man for both. ; Make a nice light travel kit.
