Great shot! I saw this on my way back from a late night at DHS but didn't have a tripod. Will definitely get this one on my next trip.
As promised.... Nikon D70/18-200VR, 25s, f/8, ISO 200, EV +0.3, 80mm focal length, tripod (VR turned off)
Re: The Big Scary Hotel... on the way back to the Very nice! Im guessing that was taken from the walkway between DHS and Boardwalk?
Re: The Big Scary Hotel... on the way back to the That's the place. Mine was taken at the very first turn to the right as you are leaving DHS about 10 feet from the trail's beginning.
Re: The Big Scary Hotel... on the way back to the Hmmm Ive never taken any pictures from there but I suppose it would be a great place because you could set up your tripod without worrying about people running into you and knocking over your tripod. *Adds it to the list*
Scott, is the "VR turned off" info coming from your EXIF data or do you just remember what you did? I know there is a field in the Nikon EXIF data to record the VR state, but my D70s does not seem to record it.
My D70 doesn't either. It's from my memory and not the Exif data though I could add it in later via software. I'd imagine the newer cameras do put it in the Exif data though.
