thanks Jeff. I owned this lens before but my oldest son bought a d40 so I gave it to him and I missed having it . ; ; for $225 it is hard to beat especially having VR at that price. Tomorrow I get to try the tamron 200-500 on the D90 for the first time. Tim and I are going to a K-9 training expo at Stockton State College and will need the reach for that. Hope to get some shots of those marvelous Shepherds in action
I am sure that you will both get some great shots. ; If I wasn't working tonight and tomorrow and had a class to go to tomorrow, I would have come out and joined the both of you. ; Oh well maybe next time.
