My eldest daughter is graduating from the University of Michigan in May and she asked for a trip to Walt Disney World for her graduation gift. Since I was able to get decent airfare last fall, I was able to tell her it was a go.

    When: February 21 - March 1

Where Staying: Swan Resort in the Disney Boardwalk area (not the Dolphin as originally reported.)

Getting in late afternoon on the 21st and leave early on March 1st. I know Deniz will be down during this time. Anybody else?

One highlight will be ESPN The Weekend at DHS on the 28th. Will try and get some sport celebrity shots for you guys. (Tim, any Phillie players attending this year?)

    Equipment List:

    Nikon D70 camera
    Nikon 50mm f/1.8 prime lens
    Nikon 18-200VR zoom lens
    Nikon 70-200VR f/2.8 zoom lens
    Tokina 11-16 f/2.8 wide angle
    Tripod for night/fireworks photography

Using the 70-200VR sports lens at AK and DHS. Want to see how the lens will work for shows and low light situations.

    A friendly reminder...

I took this at [glow=red,2,300]8:10AM[/glow] in MK. Don't forget to make dining reservations if you wish to eat in a full service restaurant in the parks and many popular resort restaurants.

It's going to be a beautiful day in the Kingdom today. Temps in the 70's and since I was snowblowing my driveway yesterday morning to get here, that's just dandy by me.

Got some great water reflections of DHS and the Swan & Dolphin resorts last night. Got a DHS view room at the Swan and the ToT is right there. It didn't have any cool lights on it last night but Hollywood Blvd. was all lite up hours after closing. Not sure whey but it made for some great shots.

Have a great day! I'm off to the DHS for a Rock'n Rollercoaster fun!
