Bibble Labs makes a RAW processing software - one of the cool things (other than Noise Ninja basic is built in, highlight recovery) is that it has a fill light slider to almost pretend that you had a fill-flash on the shot. This bumped up the exposure on the foreground without a significant increase on the background, i.e. Spaceship Earth.
