Resizing Problem

    I need a way to resize and/or take a small part of an existing image. The resulting image needs to be only 70 W x 60 H in pixels. I do not have PhotoShop but would be willing to buy PS Elements if it would do the trick for me. With the free software packages I have (I know!), I can't do this without totally trashing the image.

    Any ideas for a software challenged photog? ::)

    if you can wait till i get to dirt week, i should be able to give you a free photo elements, probably 2.0 maybe i can get my hands on 3.0
    i have photoshop 5.0 limited edition i'll give you if you want it,
