Reflections of Space (mountain)

This turned out to be one of my favorite pictures from our little 'trip' to WDW last week. It felt very serene up on the 12th floor of BLT looking out over MK.

Cool! I attempted something similar from our room on the 8th floor in July. ; I was sitting at the table working on the computer when I turned and looked at the mirror hanging over the table.

The castle was reflected in the mirror! It was kind of cool -kind of a Snow White effect. ; Unfortunately the picture does not do the "view" justice!

That's an interesting shot. ; I wonder how that would work at night with the lights on.

Since we decided to watch/shoot Wishes from the walk-way between BLT and the Contemporary, we went back and tried to get some night shots from this same location. There was too much light inside (since its where you get on and off the elevators) that they didn't turn out. There was too much reflection from the inside lights to get a clean shot of anything outside. If there was a way to dim the lights or maybe be an actual DVC member and get into the Top of the World, I'd bet you could get some amazing shots.
