PM2K13 ADR: Beginning at "The End"

    I just booked a 4:35 reservation at the Trail's End Buffetteria on Wednesday (the 4th) for the Pixelmania Pre-Meet. ; I would suppose that after dinner would include a walk around the camp grounds photographing the Christmas decorations followed by a possible meet up at the River Roost for the YeeHa Bob Christmas Show.

    FYI, 4:30 was what time the ADR was last year (for reference).

    I THINK I should be able to make it - I'm actually driving up that day (for a change...rather than coming in on the first day of Pixelmania and rushing to the first meet!)...that will put me there around 2-2:30pm for checkin at Saratoga...then I just need to walk to Marketplace to catch the Wilderness Lodge bus & boat over to Fort Wilderness. ; It might be a wee bit tight, or I might be a smidge late; if that's OK, then put me in.

    If I recall correctly from last year, our 4:30 reservation turned into a 5 or 5:30 reservation by the time everyone showed up.

    Put me down for a spot. However, didn't we decide last year to make multiple smaller reservations this year since getting everybody paid for took forever on both of our large reservations last year? ; If that's the route we want to take I'll be happy to make a reservation for 5

    I made a second reservation at trails end for the same time for 12 people. I'm thinking that since My friend Nannette and I will be coming to this dinner their would only be 3 spots left and we are bound to fill them.

    RED, would you like to add Joanie and Nannette to your reservation and then add 12 more spots to your post and we can fill them in as more people commit? The total # of spots for this dinner would be 26.

    Wednesday, December 4, 2013 (4:35 PM, Dinner) Trails End for 12 more people.

    We also might be able to pool some of us together onto one bill, to save a little trouble for the servers. ; If there are some who will be paying cash, and others who will be charging, maybe the charger could take on 2 or 3 cash payers, and take the cash? ; I'd certainly be willing to do that myself - I usually charge, so I'd be willing to have some others on my bill and they give me the cash. ; We can just sit together or in a row so when we're seating, tell the server 'these 4 are on one bill'.
