I know we have all been casually mentioning another threads how many shots and gigabytes we took at pencil pixelmania, but let's try to aggregate them all in this thread. Report it!
I shall cooperate with our fearless leader Tim's double topic post: Here are my totals. For my time with the Pixelmania Peeps: 2,950 pictures at 40.62 gb For my time after Pixelmania (Dec 10th to the 16th) 4,125 at 49.28 GB The grand total is 7,123 pictures at 89.9 gb for my 12 day trip. Perhaps we should all bow our heads in a moment of prayer for all the pixels sacrificed for this endeavor. ~Joanie PS. How many brownie points did I get? Can I lose that ridiculous "What's a camera" ditty under my name?
To repeat what I put in that *other* post... My totals from the whole Pixelmania were 974 photos on one camera, 1,349 photos on the other camera. ; I shot either JPG, or RAW+JPG. ; My total JPG files are 12.6GB. ; My total RAW files (944 total RAW photos) come to 29.6GB. So my total after all the culling and processing were: 272 photos uploaded to my online gallery. ; 425 photos kept in total. Of the keepers, # of RAW photos processed - 2. ; Number of total photos post-processed (other than cropping or resizing): 84.
Looks like I poked a hole in the dam, and now the whole place is flooded. ; For Pixelmania only, 3400 shots, 38 GB. ; For the entire trip (including Pixelmania), 5600 shots, 62 GB.
a whole s******d, sorry to use such a precise engineering term, but it's all i can sum up, next year i'll try to remember to compile an accurate count before i start culling process. i know i ended up with over a 1000 uploaded to my phanfare
it looks like I might have taken the fewest, about 944 pics in 12.6 gb, I need to take more next time!
