My First Published Photo

One of the photos I took of a project that the firm I work for designed was published in the Wine Spectator Magazine email Newsletter today! I know its not much, but I was pretty excited.

Scott, I have sort of become the staff photographer for the architecture firm that I work for. I took the shots almost 2 years ago for our portfolio. My boss wanted to get the cellar published in the magazine and sent them in.

I've never had a picture published, but I have had a letter and a short article published in Autoweek - I know how you feel. It's pretty amazing being able to say "That's my work in this magazine"!

Congratulations! Great work, hopefully this is a first in a long line of published work for you. I'm glad they gave you credit. I recently submitted some work to a local magazine which mis captioned the event and did not give credit!
