The second week of June, my father took a 12 day trip to Scotland and Ireland. They toured some of the filming locations for Game of Thrones and Outlander. Of course they also went to Loch Ness, St. Andrews Links and a bunch of castles. Here are a few of my favorite photos he took.
Apparently they have an annual taxi event where they decorate the taxis then take children from the local hospitals for a drive around town.

A turret on Urquhart Castle
Temps were in the low 50’s every day.
Gratuitous Toilet photo... one of the places he stayed was a castle turned into an Inn. Each room was named for a previous owner, dating back to the 1200’s. He stayed in the “Eric Clapton” Suite.
And for all the beer drinkers in the group... the Guinness Brewery.
