Bill is a very well-versed (and connected) Disney dude- he was at the Jim Korkis meet at Pixelmania last year. ; Tim Devine is some hacker that keeps popping up from time to time.

 

Wait...not that guy with the Phillies hat? ; I've seen him around before...
