Wow! The third one is awesome!. I've got to get down there for Halloween sometime. I was down in October once, but they didn't have the Halloween Party back then.
thanks everyone! #1 and #3 are my favorite too, and the best photos I took from this trip of the station. I took the night one during the party with relative ease. Then I decided I wanted to take the same shot during the day to get both scenes. Then I decided I wanted to wait for a train...so we stood there and waited for the train, then I had to wait for photopass at the same time, so I wouldn't be in their way, before I could just jump in front to take the picture centered. one of the things that makes it take longer, is I have to stand there with the camera up to my eye and look around the viewfinder to make sure everything is centered right. In my mind it feels like forever. Poor Dina has to stand around and wait for me. One extra nice thing about this photo, is the 18mm wide end of my lens. It allows me to walk up close to my subject and avoid guests between me and the subject.
