This is one of my favorites. I am not sure it is still there but from Steve Barrett's Hidden Mickey Book 2nd edition page 83. Planet Hollywood Super Store - "On an inside wall, to the left of the main entrance from Sunset Blvd, you'll see an amber block with a trapped mosquito. The air bubbles in the upper left of the block forma a classic Mickey." I would really like to know how they did this.
