I saw this movie yesterday (Mark Wahlberg/Phili Eagles) and I was surprised at how good it was. ; I wanted to see it, but it was much better than I expected it to be. I am a big fan of Disney movies, especially the ones that they base on true stories!
I want to see that movie too, but minnie is not into football so i have not suggested that we go see it. Are you into football or just a fan of the movie?
I'm not a big football fan, but I love most sports movies; especially the football ones........(Friday night lights, varsity blues......) something about how close the U.S holds football (much like Canada and Hockey)..... The majority of the movie is about his life, more so than the actual game of football.
weemcp, I totally agree with you. ; The movie was better than I had expected. ; It was great actually. ; Sean and I went last night and watched it. ; Definitely a great feel good movie. ; I love 'base on true' movies and this was a good one. ; And of course like you said, it was more about Vince's life, not about the game. ; I wasn't at all expecting it to end like it did. ; I didn't even realize that two hours had passed by.
