If you see Ian during your visit to the Haunted Mansion, you should engage him in conversation. He is the one of the CMs that make the HM the great attraction it is.
Very cool. The Haunted Mansion has some great CMs working it make it spooky. One of the hosts that ushered us into the mansion once really creeped me out, but in a good way.
