    That was my guess too with the hairstyle on the mannequin. Hmmm...maybe the store that has all of the movie posters on the outside on Sunset Boulevard across from the Villians store. Unfortunately that store is now filled with Hannah Montana stuff.

    Looks like a window at the one place where someone who could afford the best of Paris (in the 1920s) would stay, so it would be the Hollywood Tower Hotel on Sunset Blvd, lower level shops.
