This maybe the stupidest question ever but just bear with me on this one. Has anyone ever had trouble getting through the scanner at security while carrying a Rocket Blower? ; While I'm not flying down to my cruise, there is still security at the port and I don't want to get stopped for it.
Nope - no problems. ; I've taken it through 4 cruises and 3 plane flights, and never had any issue - the most it got was a humorous look from a airport security guard who was visually searching my photo backpack since it had so much big gear in it - he gave a little raised eyebrow followed by a quick smile, playing on the 'rocket' shape but acknowledging it was no threat. ; Most of the others didn't bat an eyelash at it as it went through the xray.
I had a bag check guard actually take mine out and look at it at the Epcot gate two weeks ago! ; Other than that, I've had no problems.
