More great stuff Jason! ; I like that last one. ; I have been trying to play with depth of field lately, but I still don't truly understand it.

and then decided to recrop and repost. ; Which do you like better? ; (Or do they both stink?)

I really wish I had gotten all of Sparky's head in the shot. ; Well, at least I have a goal for my next trip!

I like the second one better Dennis. ; I dont think having his whole head in the frame matters, I was drawn in both shots to the back of his shirt.

Thanks, John, that's the effect I was looking for. ; I really love the shallow depth of field that a fast lens gives me.

Definitely number 2, the first one is a bit small to be able to read comfortably.

I'm going to also agree and like the second better. These guys are a lot of fun to watch and always like to ham it up for the camera.

Been a bit hectic but finally getting back to the forum here…

Nice stuff Jason! I had the singer get right in my face with that pose and I missed the shot because I had the lens set to focus only down to 5m from earlier in the day. By the time I realized why it wouldn't shoot it was too late. Lesson learned.

Like your first one there Jeff, and the last one from the night show has some great lighting.

Definitely like the recropped version Dennis.

Hopefully I'll find a few shots worthy of posting in this thread...
