Now for something completely different. My daughter's gave me a daysail on the tall ship, Privateer Lynx, during the Festival of Sail held this weekend in Oswego, New York as a Father's Day gift. Thought I'd take you all along on the voyage. The Privateer Lynx leaving the Oswego Harbor on a daysail with 40 guests and a crew of 6. ; Guests help the crew raise the sails and learn about the privateer ships which helped the US Navy during the War of 1812. The Lynx in port. Not sure Captain Jack Sparrow would give these swabs a job but they were very willing to help. Oh, yea, it rained. The bell of the Lynx. Captain Morgan was waiting for us to bring him some rum. ; Alas, we couldn't find the rum and he had to return to his pirate show. Frankly, this guy would make a better Cap. Morgan than the one I saw during the NASCAR race telecast yesterday.
