That is cool. ; Is most of the Lego theming at the park generic in nature? ; Or do they have any Star Wars, Harry Potter or Indiana Jones lego detailing anywhere?
99% of the theming is going to be the generic Lego owned properties. ; However, ; they have a sit-on Thomas the Tank Engine for photos, along with a life-size Darth Vader (and a lightsaber for the subject of the photo to "hold") and R2D2, and the latest addition was a walkaround Bob the Builder to go along with the latest 4-D show. ; And there is a life-size classic Batman statue in the main gift shop. They show off the stuff for sale however. ; Like the $500 Death Star
Very Impressive. Tim - I thought it was Mickey Ears too. Maybe I need another cup of coffee this morning.
It may have, but there was a school group (okay, GROUPS) there at the time we took that picture, and it was busy for that brief moment...the groups ended up in the Mindstorms building most of the day so it wasn't crowded in the end, but this was on the way to the building first thing in the morning...we ended up going back the other way. ; (so I couldn't hear if it did. ; R2D2 chirped and whistled however)
