earth day at indian island park

    and while there with my chapter of trout unlimited, working our display, i did a little photojournalism
    red tail hawk on display from a local wildlife preserve, probably will not be released back into the wild as he was injured and rescued young, and is very habituated to human presence

    Sad to hear about the hawk, but it still is a great animal and provided a great shot for you :)

    Great shot of the Hawk. I think they are such beautiful creatures.

    I love being able to spot them in the wild. ; It's ashame that he won't be going back there, but at least he was saved. ; That was a heck of a prize to win.
