    This is my first attempt to stump you all. Do I have to mention what Park this was taken in?

    I have to admit, when I saw your title, my first thought (before seeing the picture), was the faucet in Bugs Land.

    The white stucco is odd, but I'll guess this is coming off the Circlevision building, perhaps opposite the Matterhorn.

    Way off target. It's before Main street but after Main Street Station.

    That leaves only two places in my mind. The restrooms walkway on the right side next to the Bank.

    Close enough. It's actually on the bank building on the left side of the entrance queue.

    Standing in line to get my Annual Pass at the Bank (45min wait) and happened to look down and saw the little spout.
