You haven't??? [me=Roger]is actually looking at photos from it right now, however they were taken with the Edsel as he is reviewing his CR2 files for the focus problem ones...[/me]
I usually skip it because I want to get some rides done, but it would be interesting to see it at least once.
Eveyone knows this show uses the animated character heads, right? Eyes blink and mouth moves when the characters talk (well, most of the time ). Here's another one I got from the show...
I've seen this show a few times so I was ready for her entrance. The green pyrotechnics are fabulous for her. I've pumped up the colors a bit. Now, you all have a preview of my All Ears blog post tomorrow.
I've never "officially" seen this show either...though I can probably recite the lines word-for-word by now. I've heard the show and seen some of it from afar at least 10 times if not more...either taking a soda break at Casey's or holding my corner balcony table at Tomorrowland Terrace waiting for Wishes (the last Dream Along show is right before Wishes). A few times while at Tomorrowland Terrace I used my old camera's massive zoom lens to shoot a bit of the show just out of boredom. This is using a full 732mm optical zoom (!!) from the Tomorrowland Terrace/Noodle Station: Maybe I should shoot this up close one day. Pixelmania indeed!
Ah Ha! Going to try that location next. Shooting from the Train Station was not fun on the last trip. In December I was at the end of Main Street where they break the crowd for a walkway but you still get lots of heads in the frame. Those shots are very good considering the distance. I took this from Tomorrowland Terrace while some guy in a Phillies hat talked about cameras to some folks. Would have made a good shot if not for that seagull.
Yes and as a photographer I find it annoying (I get way too many shots with eyes closed) but as a human being I find it a little bit creepy! LOL
This is a great show and Im a BIG fan of shooting the show around 5:00 or whatever it is...right before dark (or right before it gets dark in December). For part of this show the castle turns a really pretty blue!
