Apparently fans of the film bought a manufacturing plant and will resume production. ; Good luck! ; I guess we'll have to wait a few months/years to see how it turns out.

I hope they can bring the price down a bit if they start producing enough. ; $21 for eight B&W Polaroids isn't cheap.

Very cool- I remember reading about them planning to try this a while back so I guess they pulled it off. ; Good for them- Polaroid film has quite the cult following on Flickr.

good for them I hope it works out and they are successful, but I do agree the price has to come down.

As cool as the idea is that fans can bring back a beloved product, there is a reason the original Polaroid isn't around any more. Niche products are always going to cost more, and only time will tell if it's a sustainable effort.
