No, I wasn't using a filter. I did however do a little saturation and level adjustment in photoshop but not very much.
is it possible that 0749 is a red tail hawk??? part of me says no way a red tail is going to land among a place with that many people, but that tail coloration is close, although the tail doesn't have the square off that the resident red tail on our farm has, and our pair are habituated during plowing and disking to circle overhead and watch for running field mice and voles, esp during fall when we are planting cover crop, or knocking down old cornstalks prior to sowing rye
Gary, to me it looks like a gull of some kind. There appears to be more than one of them in the air in the previous pic.
