Just finishing up a 40 day National Parks photography trip that has been amazing! ; Would love to share photos with everyone if there is a forum for that here. ; Missed talking Disney with everyone. Once I get my office back in order I will be back!!!
yeah, that's what we need a national parks forum, forii, whatever you call space for types of parks, then tim can move my adventures thread over there, since most of the photos are in teton and yellowstone parks
looking forward to seeing your new photos. ; post them in the non-disney section if you like. ; thanks!
Welcome back. ; Love pics from National Parks...Gary's were great, and now we get more! ; Looking forward to them.
40 days, that sounds great! ; Would love to hear how you planned your trip. ; We are tentatively making plans for a cross country trip next Summer and of course want to take in a good number of the parks.
Here is the link from our trip... combined images of Steve's and mine. ; Steve shooting with the D2X and Canon 5D and I shot with my Canon G9. ; A ridiculous amount of images on the site, but we were away for 40 days! ; I think we shot over 12,000 images. ; Road trips are great and America is beautiful! ; http://web.me.com/janetsimonsen/DesertRoads09
Thanks for the link I will definitely check it out soon. ; A 40 day national park photography trip sounds like a dream come true to me- wow.
Gorgeous!! ; You both are good photographers, and what an awesome trip. ; Gallery is beautiful. ; I especially love the nature scenics around Steamboat, which are just crisp and perfectly lit with that mountain light and color. ; I never even heard of 'Dinosaur'...but I wish I had because it's lovely...quite a camp site you had there! ; Also, love the campfire shot in 'Cow Creek'...img 3253. ; Been to Park City...you've captured it beautifully. ; Been to Zion and Bryce...photos are breathtaking (but let's be honest...a monkey with an instamatic couldn't take a bad shot there!!). ; Been to Grand Canyon...it's grand indeed! ; And wow indeed on catching the rainbow. ; And horny toads! ; I miss them (horned lizards to be proper...but we always called them horny toads). ; Haven't been to Antelope slot...boy do I need to. ; LOVED Moab...those were my 4x4 days living in Cali, so trips to Moab to run Camelback were a must. ; Arches is surreal too...heard they've lost an arch since I was there. ; And that home area of Colorado almost makes you wonder why anyone would leave (then again, I've seen your island...and it would be a toss up for me). Thank you for sharing!
