Care for a Coke?

    the park closed at 10, but I was there until about 10:30 or so. ; This was one of the last shots of the night

    I like this a lot. ; The coloring in it is terrific. ; How did you process this, HDR?

    it's a 3 exposure hdr processed in photomatix. ; That's pretty straight forward, the extra bit I did was to duplicate the tonemapped image and pump up the HDR effect using topaz adjust. ;

    After that, I put the original tonemapped image on the top and lowered its opacity some. ; That gave me more pop from the pumped up layer without making it look overcooked.

    Thanks for the explanation. ; I just can't wait till I can take bracketed photos. ; My camera is old enough that I can't do it without trying to do it manually. ; That is next to impossible to get the exact shot 3 times in a row after changing the settings. ; Oh well. ; Good things come to those that wait. ; :(

    you can do it manually if you're locked down on a tripod.
