This cardinal was checking out our campsite at Enchanted Rock and seemed to be posing for me. <img src="http://www.themeparkphotos.us/g/g2/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=22027" /> Again, I wish I could have gotten a shot of the Peanut Butter Cap bandit.
We had some lovely Cardinal couples that used to visit our backyard when we had the feeders out, approximately 6 of them. We also managed to attract 2 bears, 5 armadillos, 3 racoons, and a tree rat in the attic, so no more feeders. I have pictures of the bears and 'dillos. I'll dig 'em up, but they are strictly documentary in nature because they were in the backyard and I was more interested in chasing them off than waiting for a proper profile...
